The IdeaXchange was created in order to develop a platform for sharing ideas and challenging people to live a happier, more meaningful life.

When Sean and Lisa realized that the IdeaXchange was not enough, they established the Be New Me company, so they could focus on providing real opportunities for people to learn how to improve themselves, improve their understanding of the world, and how to live a better life.

The world is a big place, but due to the internet, we have become a global community, with the ability to easily reach out and touch people across oceans and mountains.

We are more increasingly living in countries we were not born in, speaking foreign languages, working with and even marrying people from countries we've never been to.

Sean has lived that life for 7 years as an expat in China who has truly assimilated into Chinese society, and he wishes to help other people gain the skills necessary to integrate and understand other cultures.

We must do our best to understand how to work with these kinds of people so we can get ahead in life, succeed in our careers, and prevent fighting and war, while working together to create lasting peace and move forward together as a species to solve our world's problems.

In our new online course "Succeeding in America," Sean uses Psychology to train you to understand how to live with, work with, do business with, date, and possibly marry Americans.

In this way, you can accept life abroad in America, and not only integrate into American society, but even if you never leave China, you can still find happiness in understanding how to communicate with the Americans living in your country.
